Job Description: The Clinical Supervisor collaboratively participates in daily departmental planning, decision making and developing nursing staff. As part of nursing leadership, supports the strategies, mission, vision and values of John Muir Health; assumes clinical leadership for the department; interprets and translates the theory of the care model into daily nursing practice; and uses information systems and resources effectively to achieve quality outcomes.
