MRI/CT Imaging Technologist,

**$7000 Sign-on Bonus**

MRI/CT Imaging Technologist Responsibilities:Perform MRI/CT procedures that ensure an accurate and complete examination within the standards of diagnostic medical imaging.Apply principles of magnetic resonance safety to minimize risk to patient, self, and others.Select appropriate pulse sequences to establish protocols influencing data acquisition parameters.Post-process data for interpretation per protocol.Evaluate quality control tests before MR imaging is performed.Perform diagnostic CT procedures utilizing a pressure injector and administering contrast under supervision.Follows all radiation dose monitoring guidelines.Perform venipuncture for injections.Process images and reviews for proper identification and quality control.Maintain CEUs for all certifications.

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist programCertified by the ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technology) in RadiographyCertified by the ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technology) in Computed Tomography (prior CT experience with proficiency acceptable)Certified by the ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technology) or ARMRIT (American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists) in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (prior MRI experience with proficiency acceptable)Active Kansas State LicenseBLS through the American Heart Association for Healthcare ProvidersScott County Hospital is an equal-opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
