Credentialing Specialist

$17.50 - $18.50 per hour

ViaQuest offers quality, highly-personalized, specialized and cost-effective care, solutions and services through Hospice, Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions, Day & Employment Services, and Residential Services.
Responsibilities may include:Responsible for the coordination, development and implementation of the provider credentialing program and electronic health record support (EHR).Work with other employees to ensure that necessary credentials are received and maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements.Manage and maintain accurate provider rosters for MCO Universal rosters, MITS and other pay platforms.Manage EHR support tickets from end users and ensure they are addressed in a timely manner.Monitor and communicate EHR updates, enhancement and changes for end users.Requirements for this position include:
High school diploma or equivalent.Knowledge of IT processes and troubleshooting.Excellent customer service and communication skills and attention to detail.What ViaQuest can offer you:
