Summary:

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to provide a safe environment for guests, team members, the company and their property. Provide outstanding guest service to guests with questions and/or concerns.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Provide protection for the casino and its team members and guestsGuard all transfers of moneys and tokens on the casino floor and transport hopper fills, chip fills and creditsComplete all incident reports pertaining to outside patrol issuesEscort armored car personnel around the propertyEscort trespassing individuals off propertyAssist guests in locating lost vehiclesMaintain bicycle in operating conditionInvestigate auto accidentsSecure the operations office during in-custody situationsAnswer guest questions, provide directions to guests (escort guests to desired location, if possible), and assist guests with any challenges that the guest brings to attentionDuties include outside bike patrol, vehicle patrol and interior patrol of casino and hotelEnsure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, as they apply to the positionProvide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standardsPerform other duties as assignedRequirements:

Qualifications

At least one year of law enforcement, military or EMT experience highly preferredExcellent guest service skillsProven experience using sound judgment and making appropriate decisions during challenging situations and/or interacting with challenging patronsProven experience providing high level of guest serviceWorking knowledge of Microsoft operating system and applications preferredAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals and ability to write routine reports and correspondenceAble to attend and successfully complete all quarterly firearms training and annual security recertification trainingCompliance with all mandatory training courses and certifications on an annual basisMust be able and willing to successfully complete Title 31 annual trainingAt least 21 years of ageHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to effectively communicate in English; written, verbally and via portable radiosObtain and maintain all work cards as required by the companyVerify right to work in the United StatesWork Cards
