Compensation: $65000 - $75000 per yearJob Description:As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the executive team and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions. You will act as the primary point of contact between executives, internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of administrative and organizational tasks, requiring a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Pay: $65k-$75k BOE
RequirementsCandidates possess significant experience as an Executive Assistantpreferably with at least five years in the role.
Executive Support:Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing communications, inquiries, and requests directed to executives.Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for executive review and distribution.
Office Management:
Maintain office organization and efficiency by managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistical arrangements are handled seamlessly.Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives, contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.
Communication and Liaison:
Serve as a liaison between executives and various stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors, fostering positive relationships and facilitating effective communication.Communicate key messages and directives from executives to relevant departments and individuals, ensuring alignment and understanding.Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity, maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times
Documentation and Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.Assist with document preparation, proofreading, and editing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.Manage correspondence, incoming mail, and emails, responding or redirecting as appropriate.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives or senior management.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional and approachable demeanor.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.High level of discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information with tact and professionalism.Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.#AIS12
