As a Permanent Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems and equipment. You will work closely with other engineers and project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities: Design and develop mechanical systems and equipment using AutoCAD, Revit, and other software tools. Conduct research and analysis to determine the feasibility, design, operation, and performance of mechanical systems and equipment. Collaborate with other engineers and project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Develop and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports. Provide technical support to other departments, including construction, maintenance, and operations. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including LEED, MEP and HVAC. Test and evaluate mechanical systems and equipment to ensure that they meet performance and safety requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical problems and issues as they arise. Participate in the development of new products and technologies.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field PE license Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and other software tools Knowledge of MEP and HVAC Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsInterested in hearing more?
