Our collaborative culture fosters meaningful relationships and collaborations that transcend boundaries, making us a firm where you can truly make a difference.Job DetailsWe are seeking a highly qualified Staff Attorney to join our premier Private Credit Department, working from our Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, New York, or Washington, DC office.At least 3-6 years of experience in private credit/finance matters at a nationally recognized law firm or other relevant legal experience.Demonstrated lending experience (borrower's side exposure is a plus).General experience with various financing transactions, including:Cash flow dealsAcquisitionsLeveraged buyoutsRecapitalizationsAdditional experience with asset-based financings, restructurings, and workouts is a plus.Excellent academic credentials, strong communication and analytical skills, and a client-team focused work ethic are required.
