Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported in compliance with GAAP. Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash. Manage the preparation of the company's budget, financial forecasts, and report variances. Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements and annual reports. Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors for the annual audit. Monitor the financial performance of the company and report on financial performance. Develop and manage financial controls in accordance with the company’s procedures. Communicate financial metrics to senior management and provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements. Implement and manage financial systems and software to automate financial processes. Work closely with the management team to strategize and implement company financial goals.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Advanced degree or professional accounting designation (CPA or CMA) is preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the food & beverage manufacturing industry. In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices. Advanced SAP experience is strongly preferred. Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting. Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software. An analytical mind with a strategic ability. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Must be detail-oriented and able to work with a high level of accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
