The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring preventative maintenance systems, predictive maintenance, and MRO manufacturing. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the optimal functioning of our manufacturing equipment, including automation equipment, and will play a crucial role in maximizing productivity and minimizing downtime. The Maintenance Planner will work closely with the operations and engineering teams, ensuring that all maintenance activities are planned, coordinated, and carried out effectively.Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor preventative maintenance systems for manufacturing equipment, ensuring

optimal performance and minimal downtime. Use Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track and report on maintenance activities,

providing detailed and accurate data for analysis and decision-making. Coordinate closely with the operations and engineering teams to schedule and carry out maintenance activities,

ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules. Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies, using data analysis to predict potential equipment

failures and plan preventative maintenance accordingly. Manage MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) manufacturing, ensuring that all necessary parts and

materials are available for maintenance activities. Comply with all relevant safety and quality standards in the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical manufacturing

sectors. Continually review and improve maintenance processes and systems, identifying opportunities for increased

efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance planning role in a manufacturing environment. Proven experience with CMMS, predictive maintenance, preventative maintenance, and MRO manufacturing. Experience in the food, pharmaceutical, or chemical manufacturing sectors is essential. Strong knowledge of automation equipment and its maintenance requirements. Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt

to changing priorities. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and liaise with colleagues at

all levels. A commitment to maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. Relevant qualifications in a related field would be advantageous.
