Office Manager

We are working with an investment management firm who is looking for a new Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to join their team on a Temp-To-Hire basis. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility with two days in the office and three working from home.
The ideal candidate is collaborative, independent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute administrative and office management tasks.
- Process invoices and manage inquiries related to vendor payments.
- Act as a representative for business continuity planning.
- Serve as the point of contact facilitating communication and coordination.
- General office management: ordering supplies, submitting maintenance requests, and assisting with corporate events.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of office management/administrative experience in a professional setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SharePoint and Workday is a plus.
- Experience in financial services is ideal.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- High integrity and ethical standards, with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with C-suite leaders confidently.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a team.
- Proactive attitude, with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
