About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team, responsible for delivering insightful financial analyses and reports. You will play a key role in preparing and analyzing production execution data, supporting the development of annual budgets and monthly forecasts, and handling ad-hoc financial projects as they arise.
This role is based in our Chicago 110th plant - 750 E 110th St, Chicago, IL 60628.
Main Responsibilities:
Analyze financial models to provide strategic guidance to business teams.Support the development of business decision models and contribute to strategic planning.Conduct statistical analysis, financial planning, valuation, and reporting with precision.Demonstrate knowledge of financial processes, including accounting, auditing, and regulatory compliance.Stay up to date on tax, treasury trends, and relevant regulations.Keep stakeholders informed, identify root causes to resolve issues, and organize activities for maximum productivity.Bring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to the team. Innovate, ask questions, and apply past learnings to generate new ideas.Build and maintain professional, positive relationships. Tailor communications to diverse audiences, present information compellingly, and adapt to changing conditions.Live the Ferrero Values. Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Business-related field with 1+ years of related experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of relevant experience.Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and financial planning systems is preferredSAP experience is a plus.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
