The ITSM - BA will support the design, deployment, and operation of the IT Infrastructure based processes. Responsibilities Assists with the deployment and transformation of IT infrastructure processes and procedures. Provides analysis and support for on-going service deliver, performance, and governance-operations. Works with key process stakeholders to capture process policies, work instructions, and knowledge expertise. Supports monitoring services throughout ITSM process life cycle; verifying adherence to specified process requirements. Assists with analysis, evaluation, and assessment leading to development of recommendations for process improvements, optimization and or development efforts for IT Processes (CSI). Supports IPT activities and other requirement gathering work sessions. Create and maintain documentation for new and existing processes, including but not limited to workflows, procedures, and policy statements. Engage regularly with stakeholders to develop, manage, and refine the ITSM processes, ensuring their needs are met. Qualifications 5 years of business analysis experience within a diverse IT environment. Federal contracting experience - preferred Bachelor's Degree in relevant field, experience may substituted in lieu of degree Must be able to operate computer, copier, fax machine, etc. Must be able to communicate effectively with management and co-workers to exchange information accurately. Must be able to review and effectively respond to electronic as well as verbal communications. Ivanti Administrator certification - preferred ITILv4 certification - preferred Must be able to pass the Federal Law Enforcement Background Investigation Required to work onsite at Glynco, GA Posted Min Pay Rate USD $50,595.00/Yr. Posted Max Pay Rate USD $84,325.00/Yr. Salary Disclosure Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications. The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance.
