ABOUT THE ROLE The NetSuite Administrator will be the primary representative of IT in partnering with the business team to administer, train, and support users in the NetSuite system. The NetSuite Administrator will be critical in end-user training and streamlining processes to utilize the native NetSuite features to its highest capabilities. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the NetSuite system, ensuring optimal performance and usage Administer, train, and support users in NetSuite ERP system Organize roles, workflows, and dashboards to meet user needs, collaborate with stakeholders to adopt best practices, enhance the system, and optimize processes using native NetSuite features Collaborate with business and functional partners in identifying areas for process optimization and system enhancements, prioritizing, and specifying requirements Lead implementation and training of new processes to meet evolving business requirements Own, create, maintain, and train to documentation to aid users in understanding and utilizing the system effectively Stay up to date on NetSuite features to provide valuable recommendations for system improvements Prioritize, triage, and drive resolution of support tickets and system alerts QUALIFICATIONS 3 years working with NetSuite, including administration, implementation, upgrades, and integrations in complex organizational settings Proficient in NetSuite ERP modules with a deep understanding of configurations and workflows Knowledge around integrating NetSuite with other systems using web services, middleware solutions, and APIs Understanding of business processes across departments and the ability to translate requirements into system solutions Experience in Agile and scrum methodology PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience with NetSuite SuiteSuccess Apparel Footwear & Accessories system Strong background in business support and collaboration with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Strong knowledge of global accounting, supply and demand planning, order to cash, and inventory management processes Experience with SuiteApp connectors and/or Boomi Clear communicator that can deliver a message to business and technical audiences in a clear and succinct manner Intrinsically change motivated- driver of process improvements and creator of actionable strategies and plans, able to anticipate obstacles and generate creative solutions to complex obstacles Salary Range: $95,000 - $118,000 depending on experience and location.
