What You'll Do As a Senior Data Analyst at Park Industries, you'll play a critical role in advancing data-driven decision-making and helping shape our business strategy. Key responsibilities include: Data Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to define and prioritize data analysis requirements and objectives. Data Collection & Modeling: Design and implement robust data collection and analysis processes to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data. Create and manage data models to centralize information and enhance report accuracy. Advanced Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of large, complex data sets using advanced statistical techniques. Identify trends, patterns, and correlations to uncover insights and business optimization opportunities. Training & Knowledge Sharing: Train functional analysts within business departments and help leaders effectively use data to support strategic decision-making. IT Collaboration: Partner with the IT Infrastructure team to ensure the organization-wide implementation of version control for reports and data consistency. Data Visualization: Maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights and findings to stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements, and champion their adoption within the organization. As a Senior Data Analyst at Park Industries, you'll work standard business hours from Monday to Friday, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines remote work flexibility with onsite collaboration at our St. Cloud, MN office.
