Convert these insights into verified functional and non-functional requirements for development. Software Development Artifacts: Create and maintain essential documentation, including context diagrams, textual use cases, swim lane diagrams, report specifications, wireframes, and user interface specifications. Facilitation Skills: Lead requirement workshops, JAD sessions, and structured walkthroughs to ensure clarity and comprehension of requirements among stakeholders. Test Management: Develop test plans and cases, manage defects with development teams, and collaborate with users for User Acceptance Testing, leveraging your 6 years of experience. Requirements Lifecycle Management: Oversee requirements from inception through to implementation, including creating a Requirements Management Plan, ensuring requirements traceability, establishing baselines, and managing change control. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 7 years in business analysis, with a strong focus on requirements elicitation and documentation. Certification: CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification from IIBA is a must. Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
