ABOUT Slate:

Slate is a new US company that is exploring development in the electric vehicle space.

Who we are looking for:

Slate has two open positions for Windchill+ Experts, one will focus on Quality, and one will work the Engineering functions. This position will work closely with the business stakeholders, the IT team, and the external vendors to ensure that Windchill+ is rolled out to the Slate user base quickly and with little disruption to current activities.

What you get to do:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.Design and develop OOTB Windchill+ configurability within guidelines.Track Thingworx Navigate supplier portal usage and access.Troubleshoot and resolve Windchill+ configuration issues.Stay updated with Windchill developments and industry best practices.Manage integration projects between Windchill and other enterprise systems.Provide training and support to end-users on custom Windchill+ features.Oversee daily operations of Windchill+, including user management, access control, and system monitoring.Maintain technical documentation for all Windchill+ configurations.Complete administrative tasks for Windchill+, such as changing field attributes, adding new fields, and creating new process flows.Ensure data integrity, manage import/export processes, and oversee data segmentation across the Slate ecosystem.Contribute to and document the Engineering systems strategy, supporting the roadmap and execution.Assist with PLM systems lifecycle management, including startup, integration, validation, training, support, and ongoing improvement.What you bring to the team:

Here's a concise list of attributes the candidate should have:

Minimum 5 years of experience with Windchill+ PLM software and Thingworx Navigator.Experience in the automotive industry, ideally in the electric vehicle sector.Expertise in Windchill QMS systems, ProjectLink, and other modules.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of the SLATE team.Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, quality, or related field, or equivalent experience.Experience with PLM and ERP system integration.Knowledge of standards like ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, etc.Proven experience in Windchill SaaS, implementation, integration, validation, and support.Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.Passion for quality, innovation, and sustainability.Familiarity with ERP systems and their integration with Windchill (Netsuite preferred).Experience with Agile development methodologies.Knowledge of CAD integration with Windchill (CATIA V5 CAD preferred).Knowledge of ALM integration with Windchill (POLARIAN X preferred).
