Our client is a Series B B2B SaaS software company that is profitable and experiencing triple digit, year over year growth and is looking to add a Senior Data Analyst to their remote team. As a Senior Data Analyst you will bring advanced analysis, modeling and performance measurement on projects across the company. We need someone who is clear on the purpose of data, how to capture, manipulate, interpret and apply it to inform client behaviors and activities.

Lead complex company, customer and sales analysis from gathering requirements, performing the analysis and providing actionable insights and recommendations to the businessIdentify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data setsDefine data architecture and work closely with data engineering team to implement and refine it on an ongoing basisIdentify opportunities to initiate new analysis that create a positive impact on the businessDevelop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and earn their trust to challenge the status quo together by telling stories with data, both visually and verballyWork with team leaders at all levels to solve complex problems across the organization, develop recommendations, and present to executive leadershipWhat you need to be successful in this role:
Preferred degree with a specialization in Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or another quantitative field or equivalentMastery of SQL, Python, and other scripting/automation techniques5 years proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data AnalystTechnical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniquesExperience with Power BI, Looker or other BI toolsStrong analytical skills, attention to detail and data quality, incisive thinking, nuanced stakeholder engagement, team-oriented, and passion for growing a businessYour ability to think strategically, with a strong focus on details and accuracy, and the flexibility necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functionally is critical to succeeding in this positionComfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
