NOTE: This position is fully remote but the candidate must live in the Jacksonville, FL area Duration: 4 month contract An employer in the healthcare software industry is looking for multiple Client Support Analysts to join their team here in Jacksonville, FL. This role will consist of assisting current external users of the company's software with basic issues and tracking tickets/calls within the Salesforce platform . Individuals selected will join a hiring class scheduled to start 11/12 and will spend the first 2 weeks in training to learn the ins and outs of the software they will be supporting. Candidates working in the role will be exposed to a portfolio of healthcare applications and EDI x12 transactions among other technologies. Required Skills & Experience: Clear and Concise communication, both typed and over the phone (Customer Service mindset) Proficient w/ MS Office suite - Outlook, Excel, etc. Interest and/or experience in Technology w/ strong computer skills (Windows) High Speed Internet Connection
