Reporting to the Sr. UX Research Manager, the Senior UX Researcher conducts advanced UX research activities and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams. The Senior UX Researcher provides critical insights that shape product development and improve user satisfaction.
Essential Responsibilities:
Conducts advanced UX research activities and collaborates closely with cross-functional teamsDesigns and conducts comprehensive research studies to gather deep insights into user behavior and needsCollaborates closely with team members and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive research effortsWorks towards achieving set research goals and objectives, providing high-quality insightsAnalyzes research data and presents insights that inform product development and strategy.Manages multiple research projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of insightsShares knowledge and expertise with team members to support their professional developmentApplies industry best practices and innovative approaches in conducting researchAdvocates for user-centered design in research and product development activitiesConducts research activities ethically and in compliance with applicable regulations and standardsReports on research findings and project progress to the research team and stakeholdersWorks to align research efforts with business objectives and product strategyApplies and advocates for innovative research methodologies and best practicesDocuments research processes, findings, and insights for organizational learningStays informed about industry trends and applies new technologies in research activitiesWorks with stakeholders to communicate the importance and findings of UX researchShares research insights with stakeholders in a clear and understandable mannerContributes research insights to strategic planning and team meetingsOffers guidance and support to team members to improve their research skillsEngages in and promotes continuous learning and improvement within the research teamManages resources efficiently for assigned research projectsPreferred Qualifications & Attributes:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience5+ years of experience in UX researchExtensive experience in conducting UX research and delivering actionable insightsExperienced in applying both quantitative and qualitative UX research methodsAbility to connect research insights to business goals and measure their impactCommunicate research findings to stakeholders to build empathy for user needsExperience working with stakeholders to deliver research insights that drive business valueExperience conducting research in environments characterized by ambiguity and changeExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and salesPortfolio demonstrating the ability to generate actionable insights from research dataAbility to share knowledge and provide guidance to improve team research capabilitiesStrong project management and mentorship skillsGood communication skills for sharing research insights with the team and stakeholdersProven ability to conduct research projects efficiently in a dynamic settingProficient in analyzing research data and generating actionable insights.Compensation: $115,000 - $145,000
CDK Global is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Compensation packages are based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, certifications, and work location.
