Overview

Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently recruiting Medical Review Officer Assistants to support Sandia National Laboratories located at 1515 Eubank Blvd SE, Albuquerque, NM 87123. Services will be delivered to all requesting departments throughout the facility. Exceptional compensation packages with full benefits are available. ResponsibilitiesMaintain Sandia's Drug Testing Database and assure results are disseminated to the Medical Review OfficerShall administer and track all quality assurance procedures; provide specimen collection, handling, reporting and maintaining records of patient drug test results in Sandia provided systemsAnswer phone calls and performing random collection notification calls via the clinic phoneAssist in completion of records (scheduling, faxing, copying drug testing documents) patient check-in, schedule and monitor appointmentsAssist in routine office activities and administrative functions in support of functional area activities, records management, maintains stock supplies and coding and billing of servicesAssist with direct patient care and performance of urine specimen and breath alcohol testingAssist in maintaining Sandia's Drug Testing Database and assure results are disseminated to the Sandia PhysicianAdministers and tracks all quality assurance procedures and provides specimen collection, handling, reporting and maintenance of records of patient drug test results in Sandia provided systemsShall follow safety, environmental, and/or infection control methods and adhere to and execute the department's operation proceduresQualifications

Certified MRO-A and trained and qualified per HHS and DOT regulationsShall hold appropriate certifications as a Certified Medical Review OfficerPhlebotomy certification from an accredited agencyAmerican Heart Association (AHA) CPR/Basic Life Support (BLS)Assistant trained and qualified per the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations+5 years of experience in a health care settingThis position requires U.S. Citizenship for DOE contract security clearanceAll candidates must be able to:

Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shiftLift up to 50 lbs from floor to waistLift up to 20 lbsCarry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distancePush/pull with 30 lbs of force
