PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

JOB EXPECTATION: Engage in job duties outlined below, to reduce risk exposure in areas of cyber and physical security; and to promote our mission of safeguarding the people, property, reputation and shareholder value of the corporation. PURPOSE Perform programming review and provisioning to complex networked enterprise security operations software systems (e.g. CCure 9000 Enterprise, Andover Continuum, D3, DMP, Compass, ExacqVision, Enterprise System Manager, and JIRA, etc.) Perform security system tuning and calibration, monitor status of system issue service tickets, and conduct ESOC acceptance testing and commissioning reviews Conduct validation of security equipment corrective and preventive maintenance Provide vendor support for system maintenance Collect and analyze system metrics; prepare reports on Security Operations systems Monitor the compliance of security systems with Management Model and regulatory standards Assist in planned security system outages Support ESOC operationsPrimary Duties:PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIESDay-to-day operation of security systemsCollection, analysis, and reporting of security systems performanceProvide training and systems support for end usersContribute to Security Operations processes, procedures, and best practicesSupport system update and related outagesJob Scope:

Support the efficient operation of intrusion detection, access control, and video systemsCollect, analyze and report system alarm performance issues, perform alarm performance remediation, and assist in the effective integration of systems with CISS teams and Exelon Business UnitsWork under the direct supervision of senior team membersMinimum Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with 5 years of security system experienceStrong communication skills, both written and oralKnowledge of PC/desktop workstation applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.Strong analytical and presentation abilityAbility to work effectively under high stress situationsAbility to rapidly assess and respond to life safety and security incidentsPreferred Qualifications:
