Effective 11/30/24, IU Health will not allow IN RN’s to work at their facilities (SEE EXCEPTIONS BELOW). The last day for IN RNs to start a NEW contract is 9/9 (allows them to finish a contract by 11/30).Periop/OR RN’s, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from this rule. These IN travelers are allowed to work past the 11/30 deadline. Periop includes ENDO, IR RN, PACU, Cath Lab RN, SDSEndosopy RN:Guaranteed Hours: 8 and 10 hr. shifts - 40 hrs. in one workweek. 3, 12 hr. shifts - 36 hrs. in one workweek. 4, 12 hr. shifts - 48 hrs. in one workweek.Special Requirements: **Cerner Required**, Provation - PreferredTraveler needs to have some experience with peds but if primarily adult experience, they will be considered.Unit sees high volumes of both Pediatric (0 months-18years) and adultsWill have Pediatric Cases Monday - ThursdayRequired 3 years ENDO experience minimum. Must have recent Pediatric experience within last 2 yearsUnit Information: Upper & Lower GI, Bronchoscopy – required, EBUS, Pain ManagementTuesdays are typically lighter days. RNs will do 1:1 care.
