Business Systems Analyst

Join our client as a Business Systems Analyst In this role, you'll be the go-to person for their plant and shipping locations, helping users with their needs and ensuring the ERP systems and databases run smoothly. You'll play a vital role in supporting various aspects of our client's business, from manufacturing to fulfillment, and help connect the systems with third-party applications. Reporting to the Director of IT, you'll bridge the gap between IT and users with your business and technical skills. This position is onsite in Aurora or Montgomery, IL. Business Systems Analyst Responsibilities: Configure, customize and support manufacturing systems, including Infor SyteLine, Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS), ShopTrack, SureShip and the Scheduling Planning Database (SPD) Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues in manufacturing systems, with a solid understanding of relational databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Collaborate with users to understand their needs and develop systems solutions that align with our business strategies Create custom reports and provide insightful data analytics Help maintain and support data lake, data warehouse or similar repositories Assist with EDI and API integrations between SyteLine and third-party systems Work alongside the BI Analyst to ensure data integrity and smooth integration with BI tools like Domo and Power BI Document system requirements, define project scopes and develop specifications for upgrades and disaster recovery Strive to meet and exceed company performance metrics while driving improvements in manufacturing activities, resource allocation and strategic planning Implement changes and apply updates or new versions as needed Be accountable for all production and manufacturing requests and issues Stay updated on industry best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives with an innovative mindset Business Systems Analyst Requirements: Experience with Infor SyteLine ERP or a similar ERP system Skills in automating and improving processes through scripting Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server and SSRS, ensuring database health through best practices Strong troubleshooting abilities for advanced application and database issues Knowledge of stored procedures and indexing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively Familiarity with ZPL is a plus, but not required Bachelor's degree in management information systems, Business Administration or a related field is preferred 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment 3 years working with SQL Server If you're ready to make an impact and support their business growth, I'd love to hear from you Thank you, Riley Tear Team Lead LaSalle Network LaSalle Network is an Equal Opportunity Employer m/f/d/v.
