Join a dynamic team within Information Technology at the Cleveland Clinic as a Systems Analyst. This is a remote role that focuses both on build related to the maintenance and development of the Epic Resolute module at all Cleveland Clinic locations. Key responsibilities include applying analytical and critical-thinking skills, adapting quickly to changing priorities and assignments, maintaining tact and professionalism under pressure, documenting work clearly and professionally, and communicating clearly and effectively with stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves providing timely updates on assigned work, properly escalating issues and blockers, collaborating with other teams, and working towards organizational objectives. The team operates within the Scrum and Kanban frameworks of the Agile methodology.An ideal candidate will have build experience with Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) or Professional Billing (PB). Epic Resolute certification is ideal, but may be obtained after hire. Candidates with operational experience within Resolute or build experience from other Epic modules will also be considered. Candidate must have the ability to work with minimal supervision. The level of analyst applied will depend on the candidate's experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to the success of the Cleveland Clinic's IT initiatives.Responsibilities:Provides application, technical and preventative maintenance support for multiple end-user systems.Contributes to departmental projects and solutions implementation.Demonstrates, through output, a solid understanding of networking and distributed computing environment concepts and principles of client/server configuration.Supports development of information system requirements to include process and documentation creation and maintenance.Maintains user confidence.Protects operations by keeping information confidential.Maintains high level of quality work in a stressful environment.Other duties as assigned.Education: Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.High School diploma/GED and three years of experience may substitute the degree requirement.Bachelor's degree may substitute the experience requirement.Certifications:Microsoft, CompTIA, or equivalent preferred.For Information Technology Division caregivers, ITIL Foundations certification is required within 6 months of position start plexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.Work Experience:One year of implementation, support and management of computer-based information systems experience preferably in a health care environment, or equivalent experience in end user training or in an operational or financial role utilizing the systems or data generated by the systems supported by this position required.Experience in a healthcare environment preferred.Physical Requirements: Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.Personal Protective Equipment: Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.Pay RangeMinimum hourly: $25.13Maximum hourly: $38.33The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
