COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required.Flu vaccination will be required October through April.Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Childrens prior to starting.Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the full respiratory virus season.This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the Bone Marrow transplant (BMT) program and the Survivor Management Program involving patients, outside entities and the interdisciplinary BMT team.This position collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, patients, and various outside entities to obtain information, documentation, and data required prior to patients presenting to the BMT team for consideration and evaluation as a possible candidate for Bone Marrow Transplant.This position will work coordinate care between doctors appointments, patients/families and treatment.Job Requirements
3+ years of nursing clinical practice/leadership experience2+ years of Bone marrow transplant experienceExperience in providing patient education will be an important part of this role.
