Every Friday, Saturday, Sunday.NO HOLIDAYSUnit Description: First to float, every other weekend, no call, holidays based on need, 1:5-6 nurse patient ratio. Acute care interventional telemetry medical surgical unit, 32 private beds, acuity ranges from moderate to high (frequent neuro checks), navy blue scrubs. Patient population includes acute ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke, encephalopathy, brain mass, hemicraniectomy, other neurological/neurosurgical diagnoses. No ventilated patients. Heparin, argatroban, cardizem, amiodarone, insulin, ketamine drips are common.Job Requirements
