McLaren Macomb has incorporated a strict 3 strike attendance policy to advocate for their patient population.Any RN contractor who is absent from a scheduled shift or is more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled shift 3 times will be terminated effective immediately.Situations such as a communicable disease or hospitalization with supporting evidence will be reviewed in favor of the contractor.This policy will begin on 2/28/2024.
