PCU RN (7 West)13 weeksdays 7a-7p- Fast-paced work environment with an average of 5-10 discharges/admits daily- Care for patients from outlying areas who seek specialty services- Focus on acute and chronic management of heart failure patients presenting in crisis, acute cardiac events and illnesses, exacerbation of chronic cardiac disease.- High acuity patients- IV medical management, hi-flow oxygen, impaired immobility due to venous congestion- Manage patients post cardiac catheterization and/or cardioversionCurrently 1:5 ratios for PCU (goal is 1:4)All travelers are expected to float as needed within acuityJob Requirements
