Must be comfortable working in a Tele/cardiac unitTitratable & set rate drips commonly used: Amio, Cardizem, Heparin, Nitro, Nipride, Lasix, (low dose Dopamine), No LevoCharge Nurse on each shift, may occasionally take a patient loadNurse aids/patient care tech ratios: Goal of 1:10RT Equipment: Bipap, trachs, airvo, etc. RN's may need to troubleshoot equipmentOrientation: 2 shift unit/department specific orientation, on own by end of first weekAdditional Details
Nurse:Patient Ratios: 1:4-5, occasional 5-6 on nights, PCU level care overflow on the unit 1:3Common diagnosis/Types of patients: adults and geriatrics, cardiac, Covid, acute on chronic conditions, etc.Tele/Monitor Techs availableRadius Rule: 50 miles exclusion for candidates with associations to CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or DignitySubmission Requirements: RTO needed upfront (no more than 7 days per 13-week contract)
