Documents treatments given, including frequent and objective measurements. Works with childrenl through geriatric patients with clinical competency. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period.Performs selected tests and measurements as directed by therapist; maintains documentation on all treatments; assures appropriate equipment performance prior to each use.Qualifications:EDUCATIONRequired: Associate degree in occupational therapy assistant, Active U.S. military service members, or veterans with any military service, training, or education verified and credited by an accredited OTA program is acceptableEXPERIENCEPreferred: 1 year experienceCERTIFICATIONSRequired: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant by AOTA. Licensure, as required by State law.Tenet complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce. If you are offered this position and must be vaccinated under any applicable law, you will be required to show proof of full vaccination or obtain an approval of a religious or medical exemption prior to your start date.
