Summary:Reporting to the Rehab Manager is responsible for the evaluation of patients’ clinical status, assessment of their rehabilitation potential according to age-appropriate guidelines and the design and implementation of age-appropriate treatment programs to maximize patient’s level of function. Participates as an integral part of the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support timely care and planning needs for safe discharge planning. Participates in hospital performance improvement teams targeting early mobilization, fall prevention, early ICU intervention, Stroke certification, and other programs focused on quality improvement.Onboarding Process: Please be advised that candidates must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment health screening.Requirements:1. BS/MS/Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.2. Valid Massachusetts PT license and AHA CPR certification.Tenet complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce.
