Must have Cerner ExperienceRequested time off – HWS has approval to process up to 5 days in the offer sent to the vendor. Must Have Skills/Experience: Proficient in cardiac monitoring, IV therapy (including PICC line management, dressing changes), IV medications (administration of antibiotics, drips including heparin, nitroglycerin, amiodarone, cardizem) & Tracheostomy Management, Intermediate/step down experiencePreferred Skillset/Experience: Proficient with BiPAPs and high flow and Proficient with chest tubes, Pulmonary disease managementType of Patients on Unit: MixPersonality Fit: Positive attitude, flexibility with changes on the unit (patient assignments/floated to another unit), and excellent critical thinking in stressful situations. Also, a good sense of humor, it can provide a sense of stress relief amongst your fellow team members and can also remind patients and families that nurses are people too and help to build trust.Schedule Information
