Working with Tele/drips/ventsPatient population primarily consists of COPD, CHF, Pneumonia, Flu, Sepsis, Diabetic Ketoacidosis and Post CovidWe care for trach, vents, bipaps and high-oxygen requirementsWe see insulin drips for both our DKA and DKA population as well as heparin Cardizem and sporadic other dripsTrach/vents on unit no orally intubated patientsAdditional Details
For 48-hour contract, OT is paid out after 48 hoursTargeted patient ratios are 1:4, but they can be up to 1:5-6Unit is trialing team nursingNavy Blue Scrubs required
