Responsibilities
Coordinates the safe delivery, appropriate and effective respiratory treatment to critical and non-critical patients in accordance to current standards of practice, physician’s orders, staffing levels and organizational policies. Adheres to policy, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:Associates Degree in Respiratory Therapy Program. Related experience may be substituted for related educationCurrent NM Respiratory Care LicenseBasic Life Saving CertifiedPreferred Job Requirements:Bachelors degree in related fieldOne (1) year of related experienceAARC MembershipNational Specialty CertificationPALS, NRP, or ACLS may be required by facility/department
