We want your knowledge and expertise!Job Summary and QualificationsAs a highly-skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse in the Float Pool you will provide the best possible preventative, supportive, and nursing care to each patient. Our team supports each other like family and we are looking for someone who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do. In this role, you will:

Float to all nursing units where competencies have been completed.Care for patients by functioning in full capacity on each nursing unit assigned.Evaluate and document each patient’s response to medication, interventions, and procedures.Formulate and coordinate individualized patient’s plan of care based on assessment of patient’s needs, and keep patient, patient’s family, and other caregivers informed of plan of care.Maintain patient safety during all aspects of nursing intervention and documents safety measures in patient’s medical record.

What qualifications you will need:

Current State of Idaho Registered Nurse license or RN Compact licenseAssociate Degree in Nursing required, BSN preferred.Must pass a Department of Health and Welfare background.At least one-year medical/surgical acute care hospital experience requiredAdvanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start dateBasic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

We serve southeast Idaho, western Wyoming, Yellowstone National Park, and parts of Montana.
