TravelWithin the RN scope of practice as defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing, applies the nursing process to the care of patients. Teachespatients and significant others. Documents patient care in the medical record. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to effectivelycoordinate overall care of the patient.MCU is a 1:3-4 ratio, primarily 1:4ICU is 1:2 or 1:1 depending on acuity. If we have overflows 1:3.They need Intermediate or progressive care experience. Must be able to read and interpret rhythms and cardiac drips. In ICU we are a mostly medical ICU.

It is an open ICU and we have a Tele-intensivist.

I need someone with cardiac experience.

We take post PCI/ STEMI or other cath lab pts. Need someone that has experience with radial and groin PCI access and bleed management; however, we do not pull sheaths.

Need experience with temp pacing, prefer balloon pump and Impella but those two are not required.
