Play-Based Interventions:
Deliver age-appropriate, play-based interventions and develop individualized care plans that align with each patient’s medical and psychosocial needs.

Promote the emotional, social, and cognitive growth of patients, considering the context of their family, culture, and developmental stage.
Educational Guidance:
Enhance patients’ and families’ understanding of medical procedures and diagnoses using developmentally appropriate techniques.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Child Life Development, Early Childhood Education, or Pediatric Psychology.
Experience:
At least 1 year of relevant experience working with children in a healthcare setting.
Licenses/Certifications:
Certified Child Life Specialist (CCLS) certification is required
