Responsibilities:
Install and startup new equipment at customer sitesTroubleshoot and repair equipment at customer sitesPerform preventative maintenance on equipmentProvide technical support to customersTrain customers on equipment operation and maintenanceCollaborate with other technicians and engineers to solve complex problemsWork with customers to identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and improvementsDocument all service activities in a timely and accurate mannerMaintain a safe work environment at all timesQualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical troubleshooting, mechanical troubleshooting, electro-mechanical assembly, installation and startup of new equipment, industrial robots/automation, and Allen Bradley PLCsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to travel up to 80% of the time throughout the US, Canada, and MexicoStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and schematicsAbility to work at heights and in confined spacesValid driver's license and passport
