Travel Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery - $1,634 per week

Certification Details Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross and active upon submission - REQUIRED Job Details Temp position Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed. Job Requirements Minimum 24 months of current Level I Trauma & Labor and Delivery experience - REQUIRED Must have Labor/Delivery and Post Partum experience - REQUIRED No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED Travel experience - REQUIRED Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross and active upon submission - REQUIRED Learning modules must be completed prior to start of assignment. Non-Billable hours have been adjusted to reflect 16 hours for each assignment. Client or Vendor may cancel an Assignment in progress with 7 days written notice without penalty. Schedule Information All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission. RTO will not be approved in the first 2 weeks of assignment. RTO must be less than 7 days. Banner will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days. Unit Specific Information Must have Labor/Delivery and Post Partum experience - REQUIRED Additional Details PROFILE REQUIREMENTS: Banner Cover Page completely filled out Resume with all facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units listed Skills Checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old) Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old) Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms).
