This role is pivotal in driving our manufacturing processes forward, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the industry. Responsibilities: 1. Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.2. Design and implement manufacturing procedures, tooling, and fixtures to achieve manufacturing goals.3. Use SolidWorks or similar CAD software to design and develop manufacturing processes and equipment.4. Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve manufacturing issues.5. Collaborate with design engineers to improve product design for ease of manufacturing and assembly.6. Develop and implement CNC programs for production machinery.Qualifications:1. Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.3. Proven experience with Process Development and Root Cause Analysis.4. Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software.5. Extensive knowledge of CNC operation.6. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.7.
