Special Procedures/Unit Details: Peritoneal Dialysis, Telemetry (RN to interpret & document rhythm), Non-titratable Drips include: Amiodarone, Diltilizem Cardiazem, Amiodarone & Lasix, Heparin - Heparin drip nursing protocol, Code Team Responders (recorders & time keepers), Stroke certified unit- Nurse to patient ratio is typically 1:4, but RN should be expected to take 1:5 based on acuity and downgrades- if floated to non tele med surg unit patient ratio is 1:6Telemetry (RN to interpret & document rhythm), Non-titratable Drips include: Amiodarone, Diltilizem Cardiazem, Amiodarone & Lasix, Heparin - Heparin drip nursing protocol
