Please note time off requests must be disclosed with initial submission to be considered for approval. Time off requested after the acceptance date will not be approved.2 years experience current required in large OR. Ortho, ENT, and/or vascular experience a plus. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment. Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment.EPIC EMR experience preferred.Candidate must be able to scrub.Job Requirements

The state tax should be paid to the state of New Mexico.
