Short Term, and Long Term Disability 401(k) Savings PlanJob DetailsWe specialize in delivering cutting-edge Building Automation Systems (BAS) that optimize energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and system performance for commercial, educational, and industrial facilities..As the Construction Project Manager for Building Automation Systems, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of BAS projects from start to finish. You’ll manage project timelines, coordinate with internal and external teams, and ensure that every system is integrated seamlessly, on time, and within budget. Your role will be to bring together a mix of technology, construction, and teamwork to create smarter, more efficient buildings.Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple BAS projects from initial design through to commissioning and turnover. Coordinate with design engineers, installation teams, and subcontractors to ensure all project milestones are met. Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, ensuring projects remain on track and within scope. Work closely with clients to understand their specific building automation needs and deliver custom solutions. Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations related to building automation and construction. Perform risk management to minimize project risks and address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Lead regular project meetings, providing updates on timelines, budget status, and potential challenges. Manage procurement and materials logistics to ensure all components are delivered and installed efficiently. Ensure the highest levels of safety and quality are maintained on-site at all times. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.Qualifications: 5+ years of project management experience in construction, preferably with Building Automation Systems or related fields such as HVAC, electrical, or low voltage systems. Strong knowledge of BAS integration, DDC systems, and energy management. Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Experience with one or more of the following platforms: Johnson Controls, Schneider Electric, Distech, Tridium Niagara, Siemens, Trane, Delta Controls, Automated Logic, or other Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Interested in hearing more?
