Job Duties include:
Troubleshoot, repair and program control systems.
Start up, testing, commissioning and servicing controls projects. Train the customer on controls systems as directed Modify existing programs and troubleshooting to maintain optimum system operation. Verify correct system and control sequence operations. Review, modify, and implement programming changes to building automation system to ensure efficient and effective system operations and conformance with standards and guidelines and energy savings. Calibrate, repair, and replace building automation system sensing devices to specifications. MUST HAVE: 2+ years of BAS/BMS or DDC Controls experience Maintenance/Repair/troubleshooting BAS systems Familiarity with one or more of the following platforms: Siemens, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, Alerton, Delta Controls, Trane, or ALC A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Nice to Have: o Distech, or Honeywell is a plus
