Declinations not accepted...*Required to pass Dysrhythmia test within 72 hours of signing. Failure to complete this in the allotted time frame will result in the cancellation of the contract. Only 2 attempts will be given and must be taken on a PC and NOT iOS device as this is not compatible and will result in a failed attempt.
