UX Developer

Title: UX DeveloperLocation: Orlando, FL- OnsiteDuration: Direct HireCompensation: $100K- $110KWork Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the USUX DeveloperResponsibilities: In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to design and implement cutting-edge web applications that offer seamless user experiences. You'll be responsible for translating user needs and business requirements into intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces, focusing on creating modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications.Design & Prototyping: Use Figma to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate design ideas and user flows.Web Application Development: Collaborate with front-end developers to bring your designs to life, ensuring responsive, accessible, and scalable web applications.Collaboration with Product Managers: Work closely with product managers to gather user requirements, define product goals, and prioritize features.User-Centered Design: Ensure all designs meet usability, accessibility, and performance standards, providing delightful experiences across various devices.Design Systems: Contribute to or develop design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products.Feedback & Iteration: Test designs with users, gather feedback, and iterate based on user needs and business objectives.UX Research: Conduct or collaborate on user research activities to inform design decisions, including usability testing and heuristic evaluations.Skillset / Experience: Proficiency in Figma: Strong experience using Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration. Experience with design systems is a plus.Web Development Knowledge: Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with development teams.UX/UI Expertise: Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, with the ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Experience: 3+ years of experience in UX design and/or front-end development, ideally in a web application context.Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments, participating in sprints, and contributing to iterative product development.Nice to Have: Experience with other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD) and front-end frameworks (React, Angular).Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and web performance optimization.Experience conducting user research or usability testing.About INSPYR SolutionsTechnology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
