RATIOS: 1:5-6Unit will accept contracts from 13 weeks+ up to March 15, 2025 (hard stop) to get the Unit through the Holidays!36 hrs onlySHIFT: 12HR DAYSRTO -7 DAYS MAXIf RTO includes weekends, time will be added to end of contract to make up for those dates.Float Requirement: Floating Required: floating required to any other MS/Tele areas, may include COVID care units.If the traveler calls in for a scheduled weekend shift, we will need to have them make up the weekend shifts based on the needs of the unit.Frequent floating may be required.SCHEDULING TYPE: Preferred SchedulingIf a traveler calls out of a shift, they are expected to make up that day the same week or at the end of their contract.Unit Specific Information
We care primarily for Stroke patients, but also care for possible Neurosurgery patients as well as other Neuro diagnoses, such as Epilepsy, Traumatic and non-traumatic subdural hematomas, and many more.We have a 4 BED Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU) that is considered Intermediate level and that nurse has 4:1.42 daily census. 43 rooms/beds.Float Requirement: Floating Required: floating required to any other MS/Tele areas, may include COVID care units.
