Automotive Finance Manager

Description of the Role:

The Finance Manager at Thomas Nissan of Joliet will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our dealership. This role requires strong car dealership financial expertise, and the ability to manage a team by example.

Responsibilities:

• Have fun, build a team and be a POSITIVE roll model to the sales staff.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of the dealership's financial activities
• Monitor cash flow, profitability, and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations

Requirements:

• Spanish speaking is a HUGE plus
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
