ThedaCare is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive, coordinated care at ThedaCare Medical Center in Berlin, WI.

• 0.75 FTE 
• 10hr shifts
• No Call
• Avg 15-18 pts per day
• Great hours and great support staff!
• State of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License and State of Wisconsin Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber License / State of Wisconsin Licensure of Physician Assistant
