We’re seeking a skilled and experienced paralegal to support our growing legal team. The ideal candidate for this position will support our attorneys in preparing and handling a variety of USCIS petitions and applications, including Family-, Humanitarian-, and Employment-based forms. Superior time management and client communication skills are necessary for this role. While not required, we will favor bilingual applicants. Responsibilities: • Assist attorneys with the preparation and filing of USCIS petitions and applications, including Family-, Humanitarian-, and Employment-based forms. • Conduct thorough research and gather supporting documentation for cases. • Prepare and draft legal documents, forms, and correspondence. • Maintain and organize client files and case management databases. • Communicate effectively with clients to gather information, provide updates, and respond to inquiries. • Communicate with USCIS and other government agencies regarding case status and requirements. • Monitor case progress and ensure deadlines are met. • Participate in team meetings and provide updates on case status and developments. • Supervise other paralegals and legal assistants. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program. • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required. • Preferably 2+ years of experience as an immigration paralegal, favoring candidates with experience in Employment-Based USCIS cases. • Strong understanding of immigration laws and procedures. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Proficient in legal research and writing. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 yearly
